Returns Policy

If, in the unlikely event, you are not entirely satisfied with the goods that you have ordered from us, you may return them in their original unused condition within 14 days of the date of delivery.

A full refund or exchange will be given, however we can only refund postage if there was a fault with the product.

All products returned for exchange will incur a duplicate postal charge.

When returning an item, please ensure that it is sent in its original packaging, and that you include a note with your contact details and reason for return.

Please also ensure that you use an insured method of delivery, as we are not responsible for loss or damage of goods in transit.
